What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 60 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page here and follow the instructions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and 60 day returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

What is red light therapy?
Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment that uses low-level wavelengths of red or near-infrared light to stimulate cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. It is used for various purposes, including skin rejuvenation, muscle recovery, and pain relief.
 How does red light therapy work?
Red light penetrates the skin at a depth of about 5-10 millimetres. The energy from the light is absorbed by cells, particularly the mitochondria, which enhances their function and stimulates the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy currency of cells. This process promotes healing and reduces inflammation.
 What are the proven benefits of red light therapy?
Red light therapy has a range of potential benefits, including:

  • Faster muscle recovery after workouts
  • Reduced inflammation and pain
  • Enhanced wound healing

Is red light therapy safe?
Yes, red light therapy is considered a safe, non-invasive treatment with minimal side effects. However, as with any treatment, it’s always advisable to consult a healthcare professional before starting, especially if you have any medical conditions or are pregnant.
Why Red and Near-infrared Light?
Red light (visible light at wavelengths of 630-700 nm) primarily affects the skin’s surface, while near-infrared light (invisible, at wavelengths of 700-1200 nm) penetrates deeper into tissues and muscles. Both have healing properties but target different layers of the body.
Can I overuse red light therapy
There is no evidence to show that overusing red light therapy will cause any harm, the great benefit of this sort of therapy is that it is non-invasive and low intensity. We're not delaing with more harmful light like UV or more intense methods such as lasers. Concensus is that over ~20 mins you reach a point of diminishing returns. 
When will I start to see or feel results?
Results can vary depending on the condition being treated and individual factors. Some people notice improvements in skin tone, pain relief, or recovery after a few sessions, while deeper benefits, such as wrinkle reduction or muscle recovery, may take several weeks of consistent use.
Can I use red light therapy alongside other treatments?
Yes, red light therapy can be used in conjunction with other skincare treatments, exercise routines, or therapies. It complements many treatments and can enhance overall results. However, it’s best to consult a healthcare professional if you’re undergoing other medical treatments.
What should I expect during a red light therapy session?
A typical red light therapy session is relaxing and painless. You may feel warmth, but the treatment is generally comfortable. Depending on the device, sessions usually last 10-20 minutes. Protective eyewear may be required during use.
Do I need to prepare my skin before using red light therapy?
For optimal results, it’s a good idea to cleanse the skin before a session to remove any makeup, lotions, or dirt. Clean, dry skin allows better light penetration. Some users apply specific serums that are designed to work in synergy with red light therapy.

Our Company
We formed the company back in May 2019 when we saw there was no real supplier in the UK and Europe really flying the flag for red light therapy. As always the US and brands such as Joov were first to market. We started out of our flat in Rochester, Kent and now sell across the world and have sold thousands of products to customers and professional clients.
Our Ethos
When we did create the business we were peturbed and disappointed that red light therapy was being marketed by sol called biohackers and made to be an elitist therapy. We wholeheartedly disagree with this and strongly believe that red light therapy (and all therapy!) should be accesible to all. That is why we price our products the way we do and never have discounts or sales. We have always given our best price from day one.
HELIOS
We created HELIOS as our own brand of red light therapy devices, and more specifically, panels. We've tested all the gimmicky products on the market and they have never given us confidence in terms of efficacy and quality.
Our Manufacturer
We have had the same manufacturer since that first shipment back in May 2019, they are fantastic and a big reason why we can offer 3 years warranty on our products. They are based in Shenzhen, China (like most electrical manufacters!) and we visit them every year.

Order status & history

Tracking an Order
You can track the status of your order online. Login at the top of the page to see your Recent Orders. Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track, and a detailed order information page will be displayed. A tracking number is located to the right of the ship-to address and under the shipping method. Click on this number to view detailed tracking information. You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery. Please estimate 1 - 2 business days from the time your order has shipped.
Order Statuses:
Order Submitted - "Placed" Once you have placed your order on Sephora and your credit card has been authorized, your order status will appear as "Placed."
Order Processing - "In Progress"
Once you have placed your order, it will be sent to our warehouse to be processed and packed for shipment. During this time, your order status will appear as "In Progress." Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Order Delivery - "Shipped"
Once we have assigned a tracking number to your order, and it has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as "Shipped."
Order Delivery - "Partially Shipped"
If your order will arrive in multiple shipments, once one of those shipments has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as "Partially Shipped."
Order Returned - "Returned"
It takes up to 2 weeks to process a return and credit your credit card account. Once your order has been returned and processed, the order status will show "Returned." We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. To check the status of an order, check the Order Details page.
