I recently purchased the Helios 2 full-body panel for my daughter who has fibromyalgia and while it arrived very quickly (a definite plus), it’s still too early to comment on its effectiveness. The product is quite expensive, so I’m hoping it delivers as promised.
However, I did feel a little let down by the customer service experience. I had a few queries before purchase, and although my emails were answered, the later responses felt a bit abrupt and didn’t always address my concerns fully. It left me feeling as though I was being a nuisance for asking questions, which wasn’t ideal.
That said, I’ll reserve final judgment until my daughter has had more time to use the product.
Insanely speedy delivery!!! Came in under 2 days!!! I really like the light, it’s incredibly well made, with lots of ways of hanging it up if you don’t like to use the stand. Hoping it helps me get through TSW as my skin is agony. Even though it will take a while to see improvement, I enjoy sitting in bed with it on in the evenings to relax in front of. A great way to prepare for sleep. Thanks so much helios!!!!
So many health benefits and it’s already helping my skin. I suffer with eczema and topical steroid withdrawal and I know it is already making a positive impact. I look forward to my red light therapy each day. Fantastic piece of equipment with the exact specification that I need. Would definitely recommend
Not had this Light long enough to say how effective it is but very happy with the service and delivery. The light is very well built and feels high quality so I am sure it will last long and I will report back on the effectiveness of the Red Light benefits once's have had some more time to use it.
